The oredering & delivery were very good the prices lower than other stores but when the oven arrived it was different looking to the one ordered( the button/knobs on front were different. I rang sainsburys & told them, they got Idersit on the ohone & via a 3way conference call I was told that this must be different model but they could not explain which, the model number on oven is same as one ordered. they said they would see about getting pictures changed but this dies not alter the fact that we have got a different looking machine to th one ordered 7 ny wife is dissapointed about this. there was no offer of trying to see if the model shown was available of if we should have paid less( or more)to get the one we wanted. indesit had no idea what the model shown on website was, & sainsburys made no offer to try & get the one we wanted or offer of comapensation for problem.

It was easy to find the product required,difficult to choose the model because of the amount of choice.(not a complaint)Very satisfied with the ordering and the quickness of delivery. Delivered, unpacked and checked by the delivery drivers and all the rubbish taken away.What better service can one ask for.

Apart from the fact that the price of the Neff oven I wanted increased while I was making up my mind the rest of the purchase experience was great. The appliance was delivered within three days of ordering, I was telephoned the night before (albeit by a computer!) detailing my delivery slot, and then the delivery driver phoned the next day too to confirm everything. It was great that they took away the packing materials too.

Not the best online shopping experience. Bombarded by emails and texts and automatic computer-generated speech call telling me what to do to prepare for delivery. The whole emphasis was directed at not holding up the delivery team. So I complied, but just before allotted delivery slot (8-12) the driver phoned to say delivery would be 2-6. I protested strongly - seems I mustn't hold up them but the reverse does not apply. Meanwhile the food from the freezer was defrosting. In the end they arrived at 11 - apparently because of a traffic problem in reaching someone else. I had to help the driver carry the goods in (which I should not have done because of a back problem). When I said to him that I thought there were supposed to be two he told me the other was in the van trying to sort out their access problem for the other customer. I only had time to inspect 3 of the 4 items and was left to unpack the fourth myself. Definitely not as advertised.

Delivery procedure was excellent - calls and texts confirming time. Delivery men were wonderful, very careful and considerate, made a real effort. Shame you don't do installation for cookers though!

Failure to inform us the delivery wasn't being made so we waited in and then only when we called up half an hour after the end of the allotted delivery slot did we get told that our appliance hadn't been loaded on the lorry because there weren't any in stock. This was appalling service. Then a new delivery date was arranged and we were called the evening before to be told that again we would not be receiving our appliance.
Finally we did get the appliance delivered (having been told again that the delivery was being post-poned yet further and then getting an unexpected call telling us we would be getting a delivery the next day) and then the week after they tried to deliver another one! Absolutely unbelievable. Only good thing was the young lady in customer services who helped us actually get the delivery in the end after we had called to complain.

The experience was very good, web site easy to access and search. Prices are competitive. Delivery options and speed of delivery were a very important part of the decision to buy from Sainsburys.

Delivery was as stated and were kept informed all the time.

Problems with the web site ordering, but quickly called by customer support. Very efficient. A little too much by way of tex messaging as orders and delivery had been confirmed by email. On the entire experience, I am extremely pleased with the support and efficiency of ordering with Sainsburys. This is my first brand new oven, can't wait to use it, just need the fitted kitchen to be complete first!
