The purchase of the cooker was a straightforward process. Delivery time and contact re delivery was very good. Delivery drivers a bit dismissive of the need to check product carefully - they were rushing. Didn't like being called about appliance cover - felt pressurised into taking out this cover. Otherwise, very satisfied.
I had to cancel the order after 2 failed attempts of delivery dates and lies from the customer service people. I was sent a text confirming delivery of my appliance yet when it did not arrive appliance deals were contacted and after a lengthy conversation and lies the order was cancelled.
goods arrived on time, Delivery drivers unpacked the item let me inspect it and then lifted into place they eventook away the rubbish, I was phoned the day before the expected deliveryto tell me the delivery time slot and again on the day of delivery, Appliance deals had many products in stock and explained all in detail its a pity other suppliers are not of the same standards.
The appliance was ordered from this company because we wanted a Brown coloured oven and their website showed that this one was in stock. Phone call received some days later confirming order was ok they are now in partnership with Hotpoint and we would be called day before delivery with a time slot. Second phone call 3 days before delivery with same information. Third phone call day before delivery to say oven was not in stock after all and delivey would be delayed for a further 5 days. Oven already paid for. Planned dinner party had to be cancelled as no oven. They blamed manufacturers. No real apology or offer of compensation e.g. free delivery for inconvenience.

Ordered fridge freezer on Sat.informed in stock delivery next Sat. Message on phone Thurs. evening - not in stock and did not know when would be in stock. More food wasted as booked online food delivery for Sat. They blamed hotpoint. Even after all this your website shows this item to be in stock! and early delivery. Not happy!
Very easy to use the website, received phone calls the night before and on the day to confirm I was happy with the purchase and to confirm the delivery time - very happy with the whole process start to finish, will definitely use again!
Please note that there was a lack of communication between the comapany and us about delivery,hence my husband lost 1/2 days holiday and we were never had a cooker for 1 week, as the old cooker was disconnected and we were not informed that the cooker was not available until we phoned up. I can not fault the delivery drivers and the cooker is fine, but I would not use the company again.
Very impressed with the ease of ordering - having tried a couple of other sites previously. Was particularly pleased with the fact that I could see what delivery dates were available before placing the order which was really useful. I had a text a few days before the delivery to confirm the date (which was the date I had originally selected so that was good). I had a text the evening before to confirm the 4 hour delivery slot. On the morning of the delivery I had a call from the driver confirming delivery and narrowing down to a 3 hour slot. He also agreed to give me a call when he was about 10 minutes away so that I could ensure I was ready to receive the goods. Very impressed would def use again.
