DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!! I ordered a Microwave from this company which arrived promptly but was faulty from the very first time I used it. I tried to contact them soon after it arrived but the phone was either engaged or no reply (it was a Saturday). Anxious for advice I phone the manufacturer and they straight away offered a replacement. However, after nearly a month of broken delivery dates etc from the manufacturer, I decided to try and contact Appliance Planet again and ask for my money back. Despite my politeness on the phone, the man who answered said that he wouldn't refund or replace as I should have contacted them within 7 days of purchase! I very politely pointed out that as the microwave was faulty they had a duty to refund me and after a few seconds of silence from the other end, realised that he had actually put the phone down on me! Happily I received a perfect working order one from the manufacturer - however, Appliance Planet still have my money. BUYER BEWARE!
gave an order for over £1200 for a new kitchen to be fitted had aranged date for delivery giving lots of time.
could not get the goods company took the money in full had to phone and phone and phone some more....... had to pay for split delivery .
company never phoned back allways some reason why.
if you need your goods give yourself over 6 weeks and lost of time to keep on the back of this company

unless you like wasteing your time..i placed a order on a Zanussi ZDQ595N oven site worked ok ...order number and everything.
But no return email ..Phoned up and after a chat with a unhelpful girl
it turned out that my orders Canceled thanks a lot.i was told that there are not selling that oven any more.
I BET YOU THAT YOU CAN STILL BUY IT ON THER WEB SITE .
