APPALLING SERVICE

4 Sep - 2 popular items ordered with Next Day delivery.
5 Sep - email received / not in stock - 2 week delay / cancel or wait?
5 Sep - I emailed to cancel whole order - wasted day off work
8 Sep - printer arrives / no packaging - just manufacturer's box
9 Sep - I phoned to complain / was advised that rest of order would be cancelled and to fill in a Returns form, which I did
12 Sep - I had still not received an RMA number to send the printer back so emailed again
12 Sep - received a call soon after and they offered to collect printer that day and they sent the RMA
12 Sep - courier picked up the printer
12 Sep - now just waiting for the refund............
12 Sep - ......... not quite........
12 Sep - email received at 6 pm to say that the order had just been despatched / don't know if it is the disk drive or another printer or both or what
12 Sep - I await their response to my email of complaint.

I am appalled at the quality of the order process and am not taking any more time off work to take delivery of an order which has been cancelled and where I have already ordered and received both items at a lower price and with good packaging from another supplier.

FURIOUS.
