I placed order as stated as "In stock" and required quickly for a present. Email next day to say not in stock and call customer services to confirm if still want order. Rang & a very helpful chap said delivery would be 3-4 weeks! Rang back to offer me an alternative product which could deliver quickly but not suitable for my needs. Customer services was excellent, but why does website say "in stock" - checked over next couple of days and still stated that the item I ordered was still in stock. Great site & prices if you don't need the items urgently, but can't trust that you will get the item in time if needed quickly.I would prefer to see a true estimate of the delivery time.

The product was out of stock and not likely to be in stock for a while. An alternative product was offered but declined. The order was easy to cancel.
First time I have used Digital Direct very pleased with the product I purchased the delivery was first rate what more can I say
I haven't used the Recorder yet, but the delivery and ease of use with DD SITE WAS EXCELLENT. At this point of time i would recommend DD.

Very satisfied on the whole. Found the delivery fee a bit expensive when others deliver for nothing. Also to get a 8am - 12 noon slot having to pay extra money was totally exhorbitant in my eyes. Especially in the current economic climate most companies are delighted to take orders from customers and are waiving extra charges.
Item advertised. it took 5 days to tell me it was DD. you had listed as in stock.

You telephone rep was very good but should not be in that position.

PS purchased similar unit from DIGITECHELECTRONICS for £180 free deliv.
They confirmed available and asked me a preferred drop off date. ace.

digital direct are a very good company who sell brilliant products at great prices although there delivery occasionally has problems but have used them several times and the problems are very rare would definately recommend the company.
