There was no uk plug or manual or menu strip with the device which was a present for my elderly father who was using at as a stnd alone copier etc so has no computer. Everything was in French and he jhad to change the plug etc. Not very good
They had the product I wanted, at the best online price I could find, delivered quickly and with minimum fuss. Allowing paypal payments also a plus.
spot on website everthing you needed to know was there for you to see in clear black and white.
This was a present so of course I don't know if the product was satisfactry
until christmas. But service was great. First class.

Excellent, Enjoyable experience
I was attracted to pixmania because they offered the cheapest price for the product I wanted. However, at this point I still have not received my order more than a week after purchase. Pixmania quoted 3/4 working days for delivery which isn't very good for £7+ in the first place and this has not been met. I cannot comment about the product yet for obvious reasons, but I certainly think I should be reimbursed my delivery charge.
Overall good experience. Brand new product available at a price lower than most of the opposition with excellent option packages available at discounted prices. Would use again definitely.
This was my 2nd purchase from Pixmania. Quality of product and online shopping experience were great. However, after having tried for more than 50 times at different days and times of the week, was never able to get in touch with customer service. Very disappointed about this and almost shopped elsewhere.
