My partner and I had a bad experience with another retailer, they told us we would receive our dishwasher within a week, a month later it never showed up, so we placed the order with Prompt On Line who told us the item was in stock and normal delivery times were 7-10 working days (heard this all before we thought). We were called by the delivery company two days later for a delivery the following Monday!!! We were not only surprised and pleased, but encouraged that not all internet companies are rip-off merchants! We have used Prompt On Line since then for two other items (a sink and a tap), one of which was delayed a little bit, but they told us about that very early on, service was again exceptional.

Excellent service, one of the ladies on the phone helped me find an alternative hob when she informed me the one I wanted had been discontinued, works wonderfully, good price, good service. Very Pleased!!!!!

After my wife decided she wanted to stay in our current property and replace the kitchen, I decided to have a look at sourcing the items online. The prompt online website looked professional and they had some good prices partially on their Franke ranges. After finding all the products I wanted, I gave them a call and asked if they could beat the price on the package of goods I required. This they could, and after speaking to one of their friendly sales staff, I saved over £300. Delivery was also top notch, all my items were here within the 3-5 working days and prompt kept me informed via email and telephone at all times. I would highly recommend prompt online to anyone looking to purchase household appliances online. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are extremely attractive.
