Summary
I ordered a Toshiba TV Thursday @ 9pm. Friday it was confirmed as being in transit. Arrived Monday after spending Saturday and Sunday in the care of DHL. Good communication and good price.

Summary
My laptop was stolen, so I had to borrrow friends' computers to use the internet. I tried to order a computer from BT. My credit card was not accepted, as I did not put in the correct password to confirm it was me using the card. I was not asked to provide the password. So I tried to phone them, to confirm the order over the phone. I dialled the 0870 number, held for 15 minutes while being assured my call was important to them, then hung up and bought the computer from the High Street.

I cannot recommend this site at all.
