Overall purchase experience was good. Redhill called almost immediately after my internet order was placed to confirm it. The original delivery date was missed because the manufacturer failed to deliver to Redhill - this wasn't Redhill's issue and they called 2 days prior to delivery to let us know that it would be delayed. On the delivery day the driver arrived only 3 minutes outside the 3hr delivery window.
Redhill phoned within 15mins of placing internet order to arrange delivery day.
I phoned on morning of delivery and was given a 3hr time slot which they stuck to. Delivery driver very courteous. I will be using them again.
web site a little slow at times. Originaly i wanted a zanussi product but they were too expensive. Delivery was when expected and the product is working ok
