Refund PolicyAny item purchased from us may be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase providing that it is in its original condition, including wrapping. On receipt of returned goods we will credit your account with us. If you require a refund and you purchased by Credit or Debit Card we will refund you within 2 working days of receiving the request. If the refund must be made by cheque or bank transfer we will process it within seven days of the request.

Return PolicyIf you have any problems with a title you can return to us via our Freepost address. Upon receiving the titles we will test them on our machines. If a title proves to be faulty we will offer you either a replacement copy of the same title, an alternative title, or a full refund.
After testing the returned items if a title proves NOT to be faulty we will offer you an alternative title or a full refund. We will not offer you a replacement copy of the same title as the problem will more than likely be an incompatibility problem between the product and your player.
