Photos of sum of your porducts were not accurate and this can lead to confusion as to the porduct you are purchasing. Overall your web site was clear and easy to follow and I would recommend your web site. |

The delivery company told me they had been to the house on the first day and "Carded" me, this was not true and the next day said they could not find the address. The unit did arrive that evening after three calls to city link. Very pleased with KK Electronics. Thanks. |

Their speed of delivery is impressive and I have recommended them to my friends with complete confidence. The only time when I had a problem the matter was resolved with just one telephone call! | Overall rating | | | Comments | I was reasonably impressed with the information on the product although I did know what I was looking for. I recieved good customer service, speed of delivery and price. As more of a comment than a critisism when I tried to track the delivery, the tracking no was rejected as incorrect or incomplete however since it was delivered an hour later it turned out not to be important but it could have been.The other comment I would make is that the abilty to extend the warranty is displayed as being available on the site but there is no option to take advantage of this or indeed how much it would cost.
Overall I was pleased and I would recommend them to anyone who knew what they were looking for. |

Having bought a Sony Bravia HD LCD TV from another site found through Pricerunner i went ahead and bought the camera from K.K Electronics. I ordered the camera on a Friday, phoned the customer support number on monday to see when it would arrive and it was here on the tuesday. Very good, prompt service, would certainly recommend and will defintely check K.K Electronics for future purchases. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | KK give customers free delivery.My last order seemed to get put behind with delivery which has allways been speedy ,when I enquired by phone that my order had not arrived in the usual time span they said they had been very busy and fallen behind with postings but he did promise to send it by City Link ,he did and I received it in time to give to my daughter to use in Canada on her holiday.I immeadiatly phoned them and said thankyou for a great service. 9/10! |
