Refund Policy	Refunds will allways be given if a customer no longer wants to wait for a pre-order, or if a customer bought an item by mistake can send it back (As long as the item has been unopened.) Also if the item is faulty and is returned within 28 days of purchase, full refunds or replacement items will be given.
