Overall rating Comments the customer attitude on the phone is worse ever i have came accross with, it feels as if they are the boss and we who spend over 500 pound buying their productfrom them are a paid slave, discusting!!! the delivery have been promised 6-12 working days but arrived 14 working days later and delivery persons are outrages they are the king of their throne, i told them to be carefull with the appliance when i saw them rumming the box as if it is a garbage they told me DO YOU WANT US TO TAKE IT BACK!! so i told them please do so then straight away they changed their behavior,i shop so many places over the net to date more then 15 shop online but it is my worst experriance ever...

Overall rating Comments Not having much experience of "web purchasing", I found the 365 website so easy to manage. To be frank I thought that the highly competetive pricing may be reflected in a shoestring service. How wrong I was --- a truly excellent service. Overall rating Comments Well we orderd an oven with them before and realised then that you never know if its in stock or not until after you have paid, luckaly the manufactor delived quickly and it was only a short wait. This time I ordered on 28th Aug and chased after a week, then got the resonse "I have today chased your order and this appliance is due in to our warehouse at the end of september and we will then contact you to arrange delivery". Luckaly they have let us cancel and we are ordering elsewhere.

Overall rating Comments From my first contact to the delivery of my full size Bosch dishwasher and installation 365 Electrical were very helpful.The lady I spoke to about the machine was able to answer my questions clearly, gave me a delivery date and arrange for contact to be made from the delivery van about 3/4 hour before it arrived.The machine was unpacked,installed with a minimum of fuss by 365 and they were willing to take away my old dishwasher I will certainly contact 365 Electrical when needing another electrical appliances.

Overall rating Comments Lack of communication about delay in delivery (2 months wait). Prduct delivered faulty. Unfair and inconsiderate policy re return of faulty goods leading to more delay and inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service.

Overall rating Comments This was all very quick and easy. The washing machine I originally wanted was out of stock but the next model up was available for an extra £10. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived the folllowing Tuesday. The delivery was about an hour outside the delivery slot given. The machine works well and the whole operation was stress free.

Overall rating Comments The delivery process was excellent, I got an email and a text to confirm a 3 hour time slot the day before the delivery and it did arrive within that period. The product was well packaged and the delivery guy was very helpful. The product was described well on the website and I am very happy with the overall process from order to delivery and with the quality of the product itself.

Overall rating Comments When originally enquiring, I unwisely mentioned that the purchase was subject to my insurers approval. Armed with this, I found the next day that the price had been increased by around £100. By waiting pover the w/e, it had returned to the level which was acceptable. I felt the increase was made specifically to catch me and was not impressed. Delivery was excellent.

Overall rating Comments Online purchasing website and subsequent arrangement of delivery to a 3rd party on my behalf were very good (It was disappointing that you could not arrange delivery to N.Ireland by Parcelforce as I had to do). Provided the most important factor, pricing, is the most competitive, I will have no qualms about ordering from 365 again

Overall rating Comments From start to finish a most rewarding experience. Checked the price from various online stores, with the free delivery worked out to be the most cost effective (cheapest). Order confirmed in minutes, was emailed and sms'd day before prearranged delivery date. product arrived 2 hours into the arranged 3 hour time slot. Driver was very polite and delivered it into the kitchen. I unwrapped the machine no damage, prepared it and plugged it in, works great. would not hesitate to use 365 again, would recommend to anyone. If this sounds as if it was written by the company i can assure you it wasn't. D.G.

Through PriceRunner I found I could buy the item much cheaper and in addition get free delivery. Overall, compared with the retailer I saved £80.04. My chosen fridge/freezer is excellent. The service from 365 was excellent. The delivery drivers were courteous and helpful. All round this was a very satisfactory purchase
