365 Electrical - Information

the cooker i bought was alot cheaper with 365 and also i asked for an early delivery time and it turned up at 9am - i would definitely buy from them again

What can I say? Definitely one of the best online purchase experiances I've had. Purchase was straight forward on the website, communication via email and SMS was great throughout the delivery process, and delivery was exactly within the time range specified. The delivery driver even asked to check the item himself before he left, just in case there were any obvious defects/damage. If only all companies provided this level of service... 10/10!! Needed a new washing machine. After a bit of research I decided on a model and checked PriceRunner for the best price. So I ordered from 365 Electrical, despite there being no mention of stock availability, but under "delivery" it said that they usually deliver within 5-10 days, which was fine. 11 days later they had phoned and left an unintelligible message, but I could make out that it was from 365 Electrical. So I phoned back, thinking that it will be in order to arrange delivery. Instead I was told by an extremely bored-sounding person that the machine I had ordered was no longer manufactured (!!!)and proceeded to try and foist off an older model, with a simpler specification, on me. Although I had been without a working washing machine for three weeks by then, I found the fact that 365 Electrical kept me waiting all that time, before they could be bothered to tell me that the machine was not available at all, so appalling that I just cancelled my order. After checking again with PriceRunner, I then went on to Pixmania (link from PriceRunner did not work, ended up on their French site) and got a machine with a slightly higher specification than the original one. Ordered on a Friday, delivery on the following Monday! Also paid almost the same price, as Pixmania only charged £2.35 for old product collection, whereas 365 Electrical charges £14.99. I did, however, get my money back from 365 Electrical without any hassle.

Already have recommended! I was extremely impressed. This is my first time using internet to order. Had exactly what I wanted, in my price range, kept me fully informed. "Did everything they said on the tin". In fact, my delivery man was outside well before time and I was the first delivery of the morning (which never happens to me!) and he was quick, polite, helpful and friendly. I will be ordering a cooker with my next pay cheque and will definitely be using 365 again. Thanks so much.

Very easy to order, You had what i wanted cheaper than other online retailers, i was kept informed by email what was happening after i made my order, and the best was the 3 hour delivery slot i was given the day before so no hanging around all day waiting. The Delivery guys were very helpful aswell, i will recommend 365 Electrical to anyone who wants electricals.

Very helpful staff; the product I originally ordered was delayed so they talked me through choosing another one that was in stock; delivered on time; prompt replies to email queries. Very satisfied with service, Thank You. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
