It is without doubt that thuis was the worst buying experience of my life. Will never use this company again and will recommend all my friends steer clear.

Easy purchase, good website, however they would benefit from giving better order tracking info. Small orders can be tracked but large items such as TV's are not covered by this system. I had to contact customer services to find out when the item would be delivered. No notification at order. Generally good though.

purchase was really easy. found the site via Amazon. AJ Electronics Ltd had the product at the cheapest price. We ordered it on line on Friday night and by Tuesday night it was delivered. Very pleased with the product and the rapid delivery. Thank you.

Easy online ordering, efficient email confirmation of order and delivery but had difficulty tracking order as directed, did not recognise reference number. Consequently did not know planned delivery day,received phone call from delvery team one hour before their arrival, luckily there was someone at home to receive item.

Overall purchase was done with ease, arrived when expected. Delivery package was ripped one side and open the other, would suggest stronger packaging. Would recommend to friends.

Although my item was originally recorded as out of stock I was contacted by phone immediately it was in stock and the subsequent processing and delivery was very quick. Excellent service and a good price.

Excellent service, my Samsung lcd delivered within 48 hrs on their free delievery. Best priced goods in the main, have used them before, and will most certainly go their site first. Highly rated.
