There was a good choice of products and the required information on them was easy to find on the website. Pricing was very competitive and the ordering procedure was straightforward. It was useful to be able to see straight away that stock was available. Delivery was very rapid and faster than anticipated. Excellent service.

Didn't have the product that they said they have (it still showed on their page as available) so I had to cancel the order and buy somwhere else.

Overall I don't have a problem except the delivery company. Who couldn't deliver on time stating, they could not get through the gates. While the instructions for getting a resident to open the gate are clearly written on the gate itself.

Problem free transaction. They phoned tocheck the order was genuine because I had requested delivery to a remote address, which impressed me.

Micro Warehouse kept me informed every step of the purchase process. Product was dispatched timely and arrived the following day as indicated. The prices charged by Micro Warehouse are extremely competitive.

This was a very pleasant experience i had a call to clarify my order and billing address and my printer duely arrived the next day
