POOR DELIVERY
The information contained on the web site was found to be excellently presented, easy to understand and the stages of payment very good. A very good site with good product presentation made my choice of purchase a very easy task.
Apart from the unfriendly way of removing the unrequestd items off my basket I was very happy with my purchase,

A most unpleasent buying experience, slow processing & approval of order, customer support agent unhelpful - made worse by needing an 0870 - rip-off -number to access. Loads of poor information, often misleading, in tracking the progress of my purchase order. The ParcelForce 'tracker' code did not 'work' and so needed to call my local depot to confirm delivery day. The only plus was the product 'price' but this was off-set by a poor outdated web site. Would rate Pixmania as a bad buying and c.s. experience. Keith g, W3 8QZ
very satisfied with purchase. unfortunately not terribly computer literate so having a hard time connecting the monitor and gettin it goining, so in that way wishe i had bought off the high street as i think i could have gotten more help. but of course, cost led me to pixmania. and im not sorry, just hope i can get some help from my neighbour.
It was easy enough but I think a little more description and photos are needed for listings.
This item was advertised on the website as having silent operation but that is not true and misled me into buying it. The hard drive is very noisy, not the kind of thing you can even use while listening to music on the computer, that's how noisy it is. So why tell the customer that it is silent? As I feel I can't trust the site I won't buy here anymore. Also I submitted a review of the item but it wasn't posted - why? probably becasue it said things that were not flattering. Purchase was good, the only thing that let down my experience was the relatively unfriendly Currys delivery men.
