Overall rating Comments Had not used this supplier before and relied upon good reviews from others as a recommendation. I need not have worried. Order was placed over Bank Holiday weekend, on Tuesday morning received email confirming order details, availability and delivery details. Email also provided a named contact and telephone number in case of problems - there were none. TV was delivered on Wednesday in perfect order. Would highly recommend supplier.

Overall rating Comments Very satisfied with purchase except LetsGoDigital decided to charge over £60 to my credit card without permission for an extended warranty that I did not order. This necessitated an e-mail to arrange credit back to card, which was arranged without delay. The company was very apologetic.

Overall rating Comments I can't praise LetsGoDigital enough. The website is a dream to navigate and the service is exceptional. I ordered a TV at 8.30 PM on Wednesday and it arrived at 8.30 AM on Friday - exactly as stated. Communication with the company was faultless, they e-mailed with details of the order, delivery and what to do should I have any concerns. You can't ask for better than that, and to top the lot the price was unbeatable - I know - I did a LOT of checking before buying! I can recommend this company wholeheartedly, and shan't hesitate to use them again.

Overall rating Comments Having been recommended this particular TV by Which, I followed the link to their recommended suppliers and chose LetsGoDigital. The order was easy to place and my TV arrived safely during the morning of the day I had specified. It is now working well and I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Overall rating Comments Everything spot on apart from one thing. I wanted the camera delivered to my work address and I found this difficult to organise on the website. I thought I had put in my work address (and home address for payment details) but the courier was given instructions to deliver to my home address. No one was in so they left a card. I was able to sort this by contacting them and having it re-directed to work. Either I made a mistake or Go Digital did but no matter, this part of their website ain't idiot proof. Otherwise top marks.

Overall rating Comments lets go digital were excellent, helpful and quick. The problem was with their courier service who had a different driver on. Did not find the address and did not phone. The camera was therefore delivered a day late at some inconvenience. So nothing to do with Lets go digital.

Overall rating Comments On-line purchase was straight forward although delivery attempted the day before requested delivery day while I was at work but I already had the requested day off, purhaps it should have been dispacted a day later as not to sit in the couriers depot an extra 24hrs. I can't say whether or not i will purchase from again as I shop by lowest price. I think this survey should have a 'satisfied by the price' question

Overall rating Comments Excellent service. the only weakness in the system was that the carrier did not update the whereabouts of the delivery van during the day, only that our item had been loaded at 7.30a.m. As it was coming a long distance it was difficultfor us to guage when it might arrive. We think LGD gave us excellent value for money and have already recommended the company to others.

Overall rating Comments Although the system acknowledged the order by email at 14.58 Monday the 'overnight delivery ' notification came through for Wednesday rather than next day and the e-mail was dated Tuesday (even though it was sent on the Monday). When I queried this the response was that the order had not been received until after 4pm!! Nevertheless communication from Peter Goodman was prompt and courteous and the goods arrived very early on the Wednesday morning as stated. Good communication means, despite the very minor 'glitch', I would not hesitate to use you or yor company again and would recommend you to others.

Received the camcorder on the day they said it would arrive, product brand new in box, with all accessories,- not always so with some dealers I have dealt with. Excellent service. Overall rating Comments Before I purchased my LCD TV from this firm, I rang a few of other the internet companies. Most seemed to be based in London, were very abrupt, and some didn’t even understand basic English. However, aside from the internet business, “Lets Go Digital” also has some retail outlets – so their product knowledge is excellent. They offer a good mix of “old fashioned service” with high tech competitive sales and pricing. THEY WERE SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT.

There was no email contact, but the television was duly delivered on the day stated. As the delivery was only 24 hours after order we didn't get too excited about the non-contact.

The phone was answered promptly and all my questions were answered politely and accurately. I placed my order online the following day and received my goods next day as promised. Overall rating Comments This is very definitely amongst the best online purchase experiences I have ever had. LetsGoDigital don't do beer, but if they did it would be Carlsberg! The website was fairly well laid out. The order and delivery was confirmed with a personal email, not just a computer-generated one, and my TV arrived bang on time, 36 hours after placing my order. Truly excellent!
