The service was unfailingly courteous, concerned and helpful. It was easy to communicate with the company vie email and when queries arose I was promptly contacted by telephone and given further help and information.
Delivery was quick and the delivery team cheerful and very helpful.
From choosing and ordering the appliance through to delivery the whole process was efficient and personal. The most pleasant experience I have had when buying anything online.

They arrived together and even quicker than anticipated. The price and quality of service by Capital Appliances can only be described as superb. The delivery guys were good value too. I'll definitely be back when I need something else.

Their site was user friendly and had more options than I had the patience to check out! They were professional, polite and extremely helpful. I have already recommended them to all my friends, some of whom - OK let's just say the men, were shocked that I could find a better price than them (Ha, extra brownie points scored!)
To sum up, this is the only company I would ever use again, recommend and their delivery people, although from two different depots were refreshingly helpful, even the dogs had tails wagging! I was not disappointed, infact quite the opposite. The order ran about as smooth as you like. I was contacted in no time via email regarding my order, which included delivery details, which I had to change.... that was no problem and I duly received my appliance exactly when I wanted it.
