last weekend my card was intercepted with fraudguard, which was okd quickly but followed by a letter asking me to confirm my home address, i replied immediately but i am still waiting for notification for delivery
Excellent, efficient and friendly service.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is because the items ordered were shown 'in stock' at the time of ordering and credit card payment was taken (on 01/09/08) therefore I would have expected delivery to be within 72 hours. This was not the case, the items were delivered on 25/09/08. Payment should not be taken for items which are not in stock.
Dissapointing and Poor. The small print of the terms and conditions are cleverly written (£25 'fee') to avoid a cancellation that would most certainly happen when the misled customer has had the money extracted from the credit card company and then teleworld proceed to sit on the money for their 28 days to fund their business on cashflow and interest. The excuses were painful.The staff sounded tired of repeating them. Their response was trite and insincere. The communication was one way only i.e. customer calls in to discover the huge delay being artificially created. I will never trade with teleworld again. other reputable and reliable traders abound at good prices. i will tell people about the awful experience to save therm having to spend money with a company like this. product 100%. delivery company UPS 100%. Teleworld. 1% satisfaction.
we suggest 35 days from order to delivery is far too long.when we noticed from the availability column of ur comparison site that the item we required was in stock at teleworld it helped us to decide to purchase the tv from them.if we had known then that the wait for the tv would be 35 days we would have gone elsewhere
A very efficient service
Easy to use web site. Easy to track progress and good comunication with regard to delivery. Delivered on date promised, within a week of ordering. Price was the best I could find.
The only pain is the delivery time for free delivery. If I need another item more urgently I would go elsewhere as the extra cost of more imediate delivery makes the whole product less competitive Regards
Steve at Teleworld was first class and very helpful. TV is excellent. Delivery left a bit to be desired, but that problem appeared to be UPS and not Teleworld.
Excellent although I think the delivery of the recent TV may have been overlooked. When I phoned, it was sent within 24 hours so I forgive this oversight. Generally, fantastic service.
