Redhill Appliances - Information

this is the second product we have boought from redhill appliances, they have been fantastic both in price and service!!!! thanks very muchy!!!!

Hassle free;good that you organised the delivery arrangements and kept to them.

Unfortunately the model I ordered on-line was not actually available or in stock. I ended up speaking with Graham to arrange delivery and got a slightly more expensive machine (same brand) so that I could get a Saturday delivery. Graham was very professional and helpful and I was really impressed with getting the delivery date I wanted at no extra charge.

Very pleased with their price. Very disappointed that 7to 10 working days turned out to be a month. If they had contacted me to let me know their was going to be a delay it would have helped but they didn't.

We where very satisfied with the service we received. The only complaint we have was it was not stated on the website that the product was not in stock and we had ordered before we knew their was a 2/3 weeks waiting time, but nevertheless the product was delivered in this time period and at the time agreed with the supplier. The product was £35 less than with other suppliers so this is a small complaint.

The service at Redhill Appliances was second to none. Great communication and the delivery was sooner than estimated.

a good purchasing experience, from initial telephone enquiry about product stock availability through the Redhill website to delivery at 6.50am this morning. We were kept informed by telephone at regular points. The delivery person was first rate - polite and very helpful in getting the appliance into the hallway (he realised my wife and I were going to struggle to get the appliance into the house because of bulk and heavy weight and he offered to get it through the doorway into the hall.) Overall, Redhill can be praised for the best price for the tumble dryer available their customer service (although price is by no means the main criteria) and clear attention to detail - you really cannot do better than that.

used redhill before on purchashing a washing machine with no problems what so ever,that's why we tryed to use them for a dishwasher,a lot of time is wasted ordering thing that are shown on a site which you cant get any stock of,disapointed going through the hole ordering process putting in all your details just to be told 3 to 4 days later you cant provide the good's.

I found Redhill to be a throwback to the old days. The communication was good i.e. they confirmed the order, they gave a delivery date and delivered a quality item on time. Quiet, no fuss, efficient service at a great price!
