I was very happy with my first purchase - but especially so with their after sales manners - very good people to deal with. I have since bought from them and the service was equally good. Although my first choice would normally be the cheapest supplier, which they were these times, I do rate after sales as an important aspect - and digico tick the box on this. Highly recommended.

Item required was showing available on website, so I ordered it and paid by direct debit online. However I have not received the item one week later which is in breach of their stated claims to deliver within 3 days of items that are in stock. When I enquired with sales they said none were available but they were expecting (but not guaranteed)a week later. I have sent 2 emails to digico but they have not replied to either of them.I have asked why the website is not updated to show actual stock? As I think this is a very misleading situation to potential customers. Why guarantee or quote delivery in 3 days if the "in stock" claim on the website is wrong.Initially I was impressed with their claims for delivery of in stock items but I am not at all impressed at present. Not only for delivery problems but the lack of courtesy to reply to my emails. Will have to wait it seems to see when the order is delivered. So as things are I could not recommend this company to my family, friends or colleagues. I hope that this summary is shared with Digico and some action is seen. Keep that website updated as to availabilty / "in stock" and reply to customer questions when sent by email or using the "contact us" facility on the website.
Very smooth and no hitches. Everything happened as I had hoped and expected.
Ordered sony bravia tv on 29th april £644.00 taken out of account 1st May still waiting 8th May even though webpage states ordered on tues delivered thurs-Order status u/s no customer services telling me or e-mailing me to give me an update.I had to phone them today 12.50pm ,none available at moment ,me the customer to phone up monday. Very unsattisfactory.
Overall Very Good, slightly annoying that when paying online you were asked how you wanted to pay, one option was Amex, i chose amex filled out all the details, to be told they dont accept Amex. So why bother offering it then!! There was no Back button on the web page so wasnt sure what to do. We are always told not to refresh pages when making transactions etc. I reordered again and hoped that i didnt have 2 TV's delivered, otherwise an efficient service.
