Item advertised on their web site as in stock turned out not to be. I don't appreciate doing their inventory control for them.

I am very happy with the price of my purchase, the ease of ordering, the packaging and the delivery. Everything arrived on time and intact. I would certainly recommend both product and supplier and I will certainly be using the service again.

My purchase of a new larder fridge could not have been easier. My request for information was answered clearly and accurately. Delivery took place exactly as advised by the delivery company. I am therefore satisfied with all aspects of my transaction.

Should offer Discount when ordering one or more items

Product ordered on the 21st June 08, delivery promised between 3 - 10 days. After 10 days had passed I had to telephone up customer support to ask where my order was. It had not been dispatched. It arrived two days later.

Althought ordering many times on the web, this is my first experience with Electrical Discount UK. From start to finish they have been excellent to date putting some other web sites to shame. Well done, will probably be back at a later date.

I originally bought a dishwasher from John Lewis and the whole experience was a nightmare. The dishwasher didn't work and I ended up returning it and vowing to never shop at John Lewis again after being treated incredibly badly by their customer services department. Electrical Discount UK has restored my faith in retailers! From my initial telephone enquiry about the availability of stock, to the delivery driver turning up exactly when he said he would, I was impressed with their professionalism and service. They were also about £30 cheaper for the same dishwasher. I would highly recommend them.

The range cooker was delivered when promised after the first delivery date was changed - as we were not ready for the appliance this did not matter. The delivery guys were very pleasant and careful not to damage the appliance or my walls when carrying it in. The only problem I have now is that the appliance is not alined correctly - it was not damaged on delivery, but appears to be mis-built. I have yet to conntact Electrical Discount to discuss as we only unpacked the appliance today.
