I purchased a bike in argos and paid extra for weekend delivery since as every normal person in this world, I have to work. Long story short the item arrived 2 hours later than the latest hour. It was not only difficult to put the bike together, the instructions are like put the wheel on, the aforementioned wheel was wobbly, the tools provided didn't work well, the pedals hit the front wheel once they were on, the brakes were misaligned (the front brake wheel didn't work at all, etc), very dangerous to ride. I asked for collection and refund and took a day off since they can't give you a collection time(is that so difficult I wonder?). They never came. I called them up have to take another day off and so far they are not here. Nightmare. I will never buy in Argos anymore. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
