When 'woman of the world' daughter heard that the old codger had researched and bought a tv on-line, there was a distinct air of 'does he know what risks he is taking'. She is just as impressed as I am with the result. Thanks.
Helpful and professional staff who kept in contact from the beginning and as the situation was mildly complicated because the product was only just being released by Hotpoint and as a result was being dispatched by them to me directly. The customer service at 123 clearly had no control over that and let me know that it would be on a first come first served criteria. At least I knew that I may have to be patient. The product met the expectations as described on the 123 site.
I have already recommended 123Electricals4me to 3 people, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. They are an excellent company all round, from the ease of ordering to their customer sevice an rapid delivery, all this and the cheapest too, I'm very impressed.

spent half hour filling in to buy item gave card details paid for an instock item to be told after 24 hours there was no stock if anybody was in urgent need to purchace items i would not recomend 123 ever asda deliverd in stock item within 48 hours think i might recomend them ! helen

Came across 123Electricals4me on internet and noticed high rating for reliablilty and customer satisfaction. Searched internet on price of goods (Panasonic Plasma TV) required and discovered that they offered most competitive price. Received telephone call from customer services within half an hour of placing order regarding a convenient date for delivery of goods (with next day delivery offered). Goods arrived on time and in excellent condition and I thoroughly recommend 123Electricals4me.
As a single parent working full time I was unable to be at home for the estimated delivery time and required signature. I asked if the delivery person would telephone my mobile phone when about 1 hour away, he did and I came home to accept and sign for the delivery. exellent
