Excellent, on-time delivery service but it was a pity that the ordered carrying case was not sent with the camera - a very small omission. However, it wasn't charged for on the original invoice and is promised shortly.
EXCELLENT website with ordering made easy. Prompt delivery with informed details by way of phone calls to tell me when to expect delivery. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience from the time of placing the order to the time I received it the next day. Would definately recommend and would also definately use again.
Fantastic ordered a sony rdr hxd890s Friday afternoon arrived Thurdays morning they even rang me to ask what day I would like it delivered that was on a normal delivery service. Never had that before, also was around £30 less then most sites highly recommended. Thanks

Sales person rang up to confirm a delivery date. Item arrived on the morning of that day. Unfortunately it was poring down with rain at the time but thankfully the box was fully covered up with waterproof plastic (cardboard inside was completely dry!).
I was fairly well informed on what I wanted but Digitech provided some extra information on their site which helped me make an even better choice. Everything worked very smoothly and as described. It would have been helpful if the delivery firm had been able to qoute a rough delivery time - as it was the delivery was made at close to 5 pm which meant a whole day not going out in case they turned up.
Digitech cntacted the next morning to discuss delivery. As the courier company couldn't guarantee timings for delivery Digitech used all alternatives to sort out my order. They provided excellent customer service and iwould definitely use the company again.
If only ALL dealers were like this.Very good website.Phone answered promtly.Very helpful staff.Only slight drawback is that delivery time is not split into am or pm-but that is the carrier not Digitech.They relly are quite outstanding.
