they took the money from my card but sent an email that they will not deliver because the card post code (which goes to my home) is not the same as the dlivery (which is my office). THUS they went around the Barclays restrictions of the rule they cannot charge different from where they deliver... yet took the money anyway! the order was so large that I cannot now use the card for anything else! so i cannot make a purchase elsewhere. this place sucks! i am going to tell all my ex-pay friends!

Everything was fine. Telephone call from and to the company were handled very well. We were most impressed with the total service.

I would suggest that email alerts regarding delivery status are also generated as well as the direct contact via phone. For the first few days it went a bit quiet after the order was placed, so I was unsure what was happening, and the order status via the web was not changing.

There was a problem paying with an American Express Card which left us unsure if the transaction had gone through - it had not. The re-order was o.k., but the message when one has placed an order and the follow up email are not very friendly. Certainly not one of the best e-commerce sites I have used. The delivery confirmation phone call is a nice touch.

Time taken from placing the order to delivery was fantastic. However, delivery was a complete fiasco, please call (0870 904 6177) if you want more details I’ve ordered from Dixons online and delivery was fantastic, they phoned to confirm delivery day, then the day before to confirm delivery time. On the day the driver phoned to confirm that he was on route and expected delivery time.

Not had time to unpack and use the item hence the 2 don't knows. John Davis
