My payment was taken immediately and after 2 weeks I chased delivery having heard nothing. I was told they had problems with their previous delivery service and were changing to a new service. I was assured delivery would be the following week. I have waited another week and chased again. I was the told the same story that I had heard the previous week. It is now almost a month since my order and more than 3 weeks since they took my money. I have now cancelled my order which was the offer they made with a full refund. I have, however, yet to see the refund. I will be chasing them again tomorrow. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
