Martin Dawes - Information

Your site was recommended to me by a friend as the place to buy the product I wanted - it more than exceeded by expectations in ease of using your website and the delivery schedule achieved. I have already recommended your sit and this product to two people.

All the Martin Dawes staff I spoke to were very helpful and very competent. However, having specificaly asked for an am delivery, as I was supposed to be going out in the afternoon, I was not at all happy when the package turned up at 15:30. So took up a whole day for one delivery, which spoilt the overall experience of ordering through Martin Dawes, which in all other respects was good.

I've bought things from Martin Dawes in the past and never had any problems. Delivery is very fast and you're always kept well informed. They also tend to be cheaper than other retailers.

Very pleased with the overall online purchase. Order tracking could be more specific and advise when order has been despatched. Goods had been delivered and order tracking still showed 'order processed'.

Delivery prompt and successful. Was slightly surprised that package received appeared to be straight off the shelf and not packaged for delivery. Product box was split open and I feared that some of contents may have gone missing or been damaged - but so far no evidence of that.
