DELIGHTED with the whole purchase experience, so I just had to add my comments. This supplier did everything right; I was reminded of the delivery day and then was given a 2.5 hour time slot for the machine (a washing machine) to arrive. It arrived just 40 minutes into the promised time slot. The two very pleasant delivery men unpacked AND INSPECTED the machine and took the old one away as requested. The whole thing was so painless! I wish all retailers were as good! Thoroughly recommended.

I ordered 2 rechargeable vacuem cleaners. Was advised delivery delivery date. Waited in house until 3pm on delivery day as no sign of order, and then phoned the Co-op about the delivery. They were unable to track delivery as they used third party "City Link" who could not trace order. This standard of service no good. I advised a friend 2miles from my home of the products I ordered who placed order 30 hours later than myself and was delivered order on the day my order was to be delivered. The co-op need to wake up their ideas with respect to deliveries or they will lose potential custom

Excellent service when buying dishwasher, best ever purchase via internet. My choice of delivery day, good communication about time of delivery by text and email on the day before. Delivery was as stated, unpacked on site, so no package to dispose of. Old dishwasher disconnected and removed by helpful careful delivery men. Cannot fault this transaction. Why can't all suppliers work as well as this?

ordered tumble dryer and freezer Friday evening - both items in stock and no problems ordering. Selected Tuesday for free delivery. Co-op contacted me Saturday due a slight glitch with their software which could not process the order automatically as the card used did not have an issue date. This was rapidly and efficiently resolved. Received a text message and email on Monday advising a 3 hour delivery time slot so did not need to stay in all day. Goods delivered within this time slot and all satisfactory

In addition to the second best delivered price for a Bosch dishwasher, The big plus was the ability to select a delivery date and the following day was offered. I have to admit to having been slightly sceptical but placed the order. Within minutes, the order and following day delivery were confirmed. As promised a time slot(two and a half hours) was confirmed just after 6pm that evening and the item duly arrived exactly on schedule the following day, just 24 hours after placing the order. A truly amazing service in every respect.

I have just bought a tumble dryer from the Coop. They weren't quite the cheapest on the internet, but I decided that the reviews for the cheapest weren't very good. As it turned out, the service I had from the Coop justified the little bit extra that I paid. I ordered the item on Sunday and selected the following Thursday for delivery (although I could have had Tuesday). The day before I had a text message and an email telling me which two and a half hour slot it would be delivered in. They arrived on time, brought the dryer in (a fair distance and up some steps), unpacked it, then took the packaging away. They were careful and polite. What more could you ask for?

Shock horror! - the freezer on our 15 year old fridge freezer gave up the ghost on Sunday evening. Compartment was still cold but things were starting to defrost slowly. Did a quick search for a replacement on PriceRunner and opted for this Hotpoint model. Coop Electrical were not the cheapest but they had stock and gave free delivery with the option to select a date. For a small added cost they also agreed to remove old appliance. They also promised to text a time slot so that you did not have to wait in all day. Placed order on Monday morning and selected next day delivery. Text received just after 6pm with delivery slot between 10am and 12.30pm. Delivery van appeared Tuesday am at 10.45am. Driver and his assistant removed old fridge freezer, unpacked and installed new appliance within 15mins. Great service. This is how all online shopping should be. Other suppliers could learn a few lessons from good old Coop. Recommended unreservedly

I recieved great service from The trusty Co-op. I ordered a Sony Bravia TV on Thursday and my items were delivered 2 days later. I found customer services very helpful and the price very competitive. I tried 3 other companies with cheaper prices but all the latest Bravia TV's were of stock with 6 -8 week delivery. With the Co=op you get to choose what delivery date suits you on-line, even saturdays at no cost for delivery. They will text you & call you to tell you about your delivery - within 2 hour slot! I cannot fault them and I would highly recommend them for quality and great service. If you have a Co-op loyality card you get points too!
