Have not installed and tried product yet so slim chance of problem not yet arisen - though doubtful. At this stage though the whole experience has been great - really good service - very accurate and helpful with information and did exactly what was promised. Site communication - with instant messaging chat help - was great and prices very competitive. Very happy customer.

I ordered my product and chose next day delivery. I had calls from the carriers, and was told between 8 and 12. After 12 i phoned customer service. They said the appliance was on the van and would be delivered. At 5 pm driver called to say it would be an hour. At 5. 40, someone called from the freight company to say they were in the wrong area and i would have to rebook. As this was friday, i had to wait till monday to call customer service. However, it has now arrived, a week late, but right on the rebooked schedule. Customer service were helpful, but the delivery company need to get things right. btw, they tried to deliver 2 washer dryers to me today :)
Great price, great communication, and very helpful and cheery delivery drivers.
Everything appeared to be well organised and informative until the actual delivery at which point it became obvious that all the previous updates regarding delivery time were pointless. A shame really as otherwise it would have been a first class experience. Undoubtedly there are times when there are problems & delays with deliveries but these are the times when the client most needs the updates.
