Easy setup - plug and go. Technical support excellent - same day response to a query. |

If you try to remove channels form the auto-tuned list after initial set-up, ie you've exited the menu to use the box, it hangs when you attempt to save the amended list. Had a few problems with lip-synch on ch 5 and some of the shopping channels which was very quickly resolved by their technical support - same day of receiving my email. |

An excellent piece of kit (Which best buy) which works very well - crystal clear reception, and my Ch5 reception has some banding on analogue reception - very good on digital. |
