What is positive?Connection Speed - Unlimited Downloads have 8meg service and normally have actual connection of 5meg.
What is negative?Everything Else
SummaryIt took nearly 3 months to get the service up and running and they mainly blamed BT! However when it was finally up and running everything has been fine, I have had the 8meg service for nearly a year and only had 1 day down. The main benefit is the unlimited downloading (Wanadoo with their unlimitted said I was over using the service and threatened to cut me off!). However everything else including their billing (sorry still prefer a posted bill rather than an email which comes periodically) - sometimes they don't take their money for 2 months then take the 3 months all at once! customer service is non existent the only phone lines they well man are the sales which are done from an Indian Call Centre!

What is positive?Nothing whatsoever - a total waste of money and time
What is negative?Customer service diabolical
Customer support even worse
Telephone helpline worse than useless
SummaryI left BT after many years of happy surfing to what was supposed to be an all singing all dancing 8 meg broadband and telephone superactive package which would save me about £40 per month on my existing deal.

It never happened. Bulldog took over my phone line but could not connect me to the internet period!

I spent 26 days with NO CONNECTION AT ALL, was treated with total contempt and had all my emails and telephone calls ignored.

I wouldn't recommend Bulldog to anyone at all.
In fact for BULLDOG read BULL***T

Thi is worst company I have come across so far regarding Customer Services. If by chance you got any problem and try to solve by contacting Customer Services, you will just have to go in circles - it would not be solved at all.
