| What is positive? | Getting setup isn't complicated and a non techie can do everything. I just following the instructions as and when given, I was using it within a couple of weeks of signing up.
I disagree about the setup costs as you can often get connected for FREE and you don't have to buy there cable modem, you can use any modem with suitable speed.
I was able to upgrade from 500 to 1000 in the click of a few buttons and it happened within 3 days. As you now get the 1Meg service for the £9.99 a month I think this is a good service.
