No What is positive? Free Firewall Software and very good Anti-Virus and Spam protecion. What is negative? Lose my connection loads of time each week, Customer Help is anything but help. The Silver Package should be 1mb download but never get it. I seem to have an average connect speed of about 2 /3rds what it should be. Summary I am looking at other Broadband deals at the moment and planning to change to a new service soon. Overall rating   3 / 5

Yes What is positive? A complete package with upto date anti-spyware and mcafee personal firewall all included, ease of use from beginner to experienced surfer!!! What is negative? Faster speeds are quite pricey compared to other suppliers! Summary Great, easy to use internet access with all the added security benefits Overall rating   4 / 5

Yes What is positive? a quick simple sytem to access the internet What is negative? cannot use router on basic silver plan. have to upgrade to more expensive gold. i only use the net occasionally but want the freedom in the house to "wander" from room to room with my laptop. cannot do with this packaage even tho' laptop supports WIFI. clearly not designed for occasional user V disapointing Summary Ok if you downlaod or use net a lot. not good deal for occasional user Overall rating   2 / 5

Yes What is positive? no download limits !!!!!!!. Even the so called 'BT BROADBAND' can't boast of havind that , and it'sonly £17.99 a month. I have been using it for more than 12months now (my contract has expired ) but I am still intent on using their service as long as BT has a download limit . What is negative? they don't reward thier customers for staying with them for a long time !! ha ha Summary Connection : very good Customer Service : good speed : good Overall rating   4 / 5
