The Customer Satisfaction Evaluation is an evaluation of the retailer by the retailer's own customers regarding the purchase experience and delivery services. Pricerunner manages, administers and analyses the survey which is presented on Pricerunner as ratings and customer reviews.
The retailer is evaluated by the customer at the time of purchase and again after the delivery of products. Retailers are rated from a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is Excellent and 1 is Poor. The survey runs continuously to reflect the retailer's most current services.

Part 1: Evaluation of purchase experience
After a customer has made a purchase, they are invited to participate in the survey on the retailer's site. The following areas are rated:
-Ease of placing the order
-Product selection and availability
-Product information
-Price
-Website performance
-Payment options
-Delivery options
-Delivery and handling charges
-Customer support at time of purchase
Part 2: Evaluation of delivery services
After delivery of products, the same customer is contacted again to evaluate the retailer's delivery services. The following areas are rated:
-Availability of product the customer wanted
-Order tracking/ status information
-If the product met customer expectations
-Customer support regarding delivery
Overall store ratings
The customer is asked to rate their overall experience with the retailer and if the customer would recommend the retailer to a friend.
Reviews
Customers are asked to write a review of their overall experience of the retailer. The retailer has the opportunity to contact the customer to resolve any issues and also to respond to the customer on Pricerunner.
