No What is positive? nothing What is negative? The initial signing up process was a big mess, up until now they still have not had the courtesy to contact me in order to correct their error. But I am stuck with a 12 month contract. Although they claim to provide an unlimited download service, but wait for it, you will be slowed down or even zero downloads if you are a P2P user!!! Yes What is positive? Better than many other Internet providers. Good Customer service which is really very important. What is negative? At times really gets slow, if you are heavy internet user and would like to browse fast it is advisable to upgrade to 1Mb or 2MB. Sometimes get connectivity problems.
